Return conditions for OilQuick AB's products:

1. Articles/Products wrongly ordered by customer
For those customers who have ordered the wrong parts or want to make a return for other reasons:

  • The request for return must be received by us within 30 days and approved by us before the goods are returned.
  • A copy of the delivery note or invoice clearly showing the order number must be enclosed with the goods.
  • The right of return does not apply if the product is used or damaged, the packaging is broken or if the product is otherwise modified.
  • An administration fee of 500 SEK will be added.

2. Articles/Products incorrectly delivered by OilQuick
If you received the wrong parts in your delivery compared to your order:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • OilQuick will cover all shipping costs if we sent you the wrong parts.
  • If the information is received later than 30 days , OilQuick reserves the right to refuse the return request.

4. Transport damage
Any transport damage incurred is reported to the respective carrier or delivery point.
