WHISTLEBLOWING
Whistleblowing is a statutory right, and we have a legal obligation to comply with the applicable whistleblowing legislation.
Through our whistleblowing channel, you can report serious wrongdoing, such as criminal activity, unethical conduct or corruption, that has occurred, is ongoing or is at risk of occurring. Reports may also concern accidents, abuse of power or similar matters that you wish to bring to our attention.
Before submitting a whistleblowing report, please try to provide the following information:
A clear description of what you have observed
The name of the person or persons concerned
Any supporting documentation
Under the law, anyone who submits a whistleblowing report is protected from retaliation or other detrimental treatment as a result of making a report.
You may remain anonymous, provide your name, or submit your details confidentially. In all cases, you may be contacted via the reporting platform if further information is required in relation to your report.
Please do not use your work computer to submit a report, as your activity may be visible to your employer.

We encourage you to report concerns whenever you believe there may be cause to do so – it is better to report a concern as a precaution than not to report it at all. If your report does not fall within the scope of whistleblowing, you will be referred to the appropriate contact person.
To ensure that all whistleblowing reports are handled with the highest possible level of care and diligence, we have appointed an internal team which can also seek support from external legal advisers and solicitors when required. This enables us to act appropriately and promptly in every case.
